Below is a list explaining what the status lights on your BPU mean, and what you can do to troubleshoot.

No Light | 
| Off | Check that the machine is on, all isolator switches are correctly configured, and power is connected |
Both green and red on | 
| System is booting up | Wait 90 seconds and check again |
Green only |
 | Optimal | System is fully operational |
Slow flashing green only | 
| No data connection. Local alerts are operational | System is fully operational but does not have a data connection. Disconnect and reconnect the antenna, move antenna to different position |
Fast flashing green only | 
| Update ready | System is fully operational but requires a reboot to install a software update |
Red only | 
| System fault | System is in a fault state and requires investigation. Contact support |
Fast flashing green and solid red | 
| Update ready and system fault | System is in a fault state. Reboot to install the software update |
