Presien takes all due care to ensure its hardware is free from defects in design, material, workmanship, assembly, and packaging. However, should a defect occur which is directly attributable to Presien within the warranty period (12 months from installation date), we will make appropriate reparations.


Please review the warranty periods and circumstances where the warranty can be voided below.

Warranty does not apply in the following circumstances

  1. Misuse, abuse, neglect errors, fair wear and tear or any other act of omission of or by the customer or distributor or any other person or third party not contracted by Presien; or
    ​

  2. Alteration (improper or otherwise) or installation of the hardware by the customer or distributor or any other person or third party not contracted by Presien; or
    ​

  3. Events outside the control of Presien; or
    ​

  4. The hardware not being maintained, installed, or energised in accordance with user manuals supplied by Presien or, in the absence of such instructions, in accordance with generally accepted practices for maintenance of such hardware; or
    ​

  5. The customer or distributor failing to install any upgrades made available by Presien (including as required under any separate subscription agreement).

How to make a warranty claim

To make a warranty claim, please fill in this form, and return defective parts to Suite 101/4 Cornwallis Street, Eveleigh NSW 2015 Australia, within 30 days of the fault occurring.

A claim number will be issued once the claim is approved to authorise the claimant to raise an invoice on Presien. Claimants will be advised via email if their claim is disputed or rejected.
