You can download videos from the timeline using the "Alert Report" button. A zip file will be downloaded and includes the following;
An image of the alert
The video itself (in MP4 format)
A HTML file with all metadata including vehicle name, timestamp, detection class, video and GPS location.
Important note: The device must be online to download a video for the first time. Learn more here.
Step one: Click the "Alert Report" button next to the video you'd like to download.
Step two: Wait 30 seconds - 1 minute. The time it takes to download will depend on your 4G connection. A small blue bar will appear to indicate that the download is in progress.
Step three: Once the download is complete, a green bar with a "DOWNLOAD" button will appear. Click "DOWNLOAD" to save the zip file to your computer.
