To add or remove a teammate (often referred to as a "user"), log in to the Management Console on your desktop and navigate to the Organisation tab.
Add a teammate
To add a teammate, click "Add Teammate" and provide the email or phone number of the person you would like added to the organisation.
You will then need to select one of the following "Organisation Roles".
Admin: Full permissions. This includes BPU configuration, access to all detections and analytics, and the ability to add or remove teammates.
Manager: BPU configuration, access to all detections and analytics.
Operator: BPU configuration only.
Remove a teammate
To remove a teammate, click "Manage" next to the name of the person you would like removed. Then "Remove Team Member".
