The Blindsight Processing Unit (BPU) has a status indicator light which gives you an understanding of what state the device is in.


Below is a list explaining what those status lights mean, and what you can do to troubleshoot.

No Light

Off

Check that the machine is on, all isolator switches

are correctly configured, and power is connected.


Red

Detection pipeline down/error. Alerts are disabled.

Check sensors vision is not blocked. Check sensor cables are plugged in correctly and not damaged.

Red - Slow Flash

Detection pipeline down/error and system is running on supercapacitors

As above.

Red - Fast Flash

Safe shutdown mode

System is performing safe shutdown. No action required.

Blue

No 4G/Cloud connectivity. Local alerts operational.

BPU could not communicate with Presien Cloud. Check antenna and phone signal.

Blue - Slow Flash

No 4g/Cloud Connectivity and system is running on supercapacitors

BPU could not communicate with Presien Cloud. Check antenna and phone signal.

Green

Optimal

System is operational and optimal.

Green - Slow Flash

Booting Up

BPU just powered on and is initialising the software.

Green - Slow Flash

Optimal and running on supercapacitors

System is operational and optimal.

Green - Fast Flash

Low power mode

System is on standby
