Below is a list explaining what the status lights on your BPU mean, and what you can do to troubleshoot.

| Off | Check that the machine is on, all isolator switches are correctly configured, and power is connected

Green | Optimal | System is fully operational | |
Green - Slow Flash | Booting Up | BPU is powering up | |
Blue |
| No data connection. Local alerts are operational | BPU could not communicate with Presien Cloud. Disconnect and reconnect the antenna, move the antenna to a different position |
Magenta |
| Sensor disconnected | Disconnect and reconnect sensor cables from BPU and sensor |
Flash orange + current LED status (green in this example) |
| Update ready | System is fully operational but requires a reboot to install a software update |
Flashing orange |
| Applying update | BPU has successfully rebooted and the new software is being installed. Wait 3-5 minutes |
Red |
| System fault. Alerts are disabled | System is in a fault state and requires investigation. Contact support |
Red - Fast Flash | Safe shutdown mode | System is performing safe shutdown. No action required |
