Each user in your organisation has two kinds of access:
An organisation role, which sets what they can do across the whole organisation.
A project role for each project they’re assigned to, which sets what they can do inside that project.
Organisation roles
Role | What they can do |
Admin | Full access across the organisation. Can review all detection data, configure and move devices, create projects, invite and remove users, and change any user’s role. |
Member | Limited access. Can only see the projects they’re assigned to. What they can do in each project depends on their project role. |
Project roles
Role | What they can do |
Admin | Can review detection data, configure devices, invite and remove users, and change user roles, but only within the projects they manage. |
Reviewer | Can review detection data in their assigned projects. Can’t change devices or users. |
Add a user
Click + Invite user.
Choose an organisation role (Admin or Member).
Choose the projects the user should have access to.
Choose a project role (Admin or Reviewer) for each project.
Send the invite.
Edit or remove a user
Admins can manage existing users from the user list. Click the three dots (⋯) next to a user, then choose:
Edit to change their organisation role, projects or project roles.
Remove to take away their access to the organisation.
Note: Only Admins see the three-dot menu. Project Admins can only edit or remove users in the projects they manage.
