In-cab Alert Status Light Troubleshooting

The In-cab alert status light gives operators a way of knowing that Blindsight is operational.

Below is a list explaining what the status lights on your In-cab alert mean, and what you can do to troubleshoot.

System State

Description

Flashing Frequency

No Light

Off

Check that the machine is on, all isolator switches

are correctly configured, and power is connected

Green

Optimal

Fully operational

Yellow

Alerts deliberately disabled

Alert Trigger such as reverse gear is engaged to disable detections. Or, sensors vision obstructed. Or it's too dark/too bright for the sensors to see

Red

Detection pipeline down/error. Alerts are disabled

Confirm BPU has fully booted up. Disconnect and reconnect sensors. Contact support

Quadrant rotating any colour

Applying update

A software update is being installed. Wait 3-5 minutes

Blue flash
