In-cab Alert Status Light Troubleshooting

The In-cab alert status light gives operators a way of knowing that Blindsight is operational.

Below is a list explaining what the status lights on your In-cab alert mean, and what you can do to troubleshoot.

System State

Description

Flashing Frequency

No Light

Off

Check that the machine is on, power is connected and the cable is correctly connected to the BPU harness.

Green

Optimal

Fully operational

Yellow

Alerts deliberately disabled

The Alert Trigger is engaged to disable detections.

Alternatively, the sensors vision obstructed making it too dark/too bright for the sensors to see.

Red

System booting up or in a fault state.

Wait 90 seconds for the BPU to boot up.

Disconnect and reconnect sensors.

Contact support

Quadrant rotating any colour

Applying software update

A software update is being installed. Wait 3-5 minutes.

Blue flash
