The in-cab alert status light gives operators a way of knowing that Blindsight is operational.
What do the different status light colours mean?
No Light | No power to device | Check that the machine is on, all isolator switches are correctly configured, and power is connected | |
Solid Green | Running normally | Fully operational | |
Yellow |
| Alerts deliberately disabled | Alert Trigger such as reverse gear is engaged to disable detections. Or, sensors vision obstructed. Or it's too dark/too bright |
Red |
| Detection pipeline down/error. Alerts are disabled | Confirm BPU has fully booted up. Check sensors vision is not blocked. Disconnect and reconnect sensors |
