Device event types

  1. Device powered on: 12-24v power connected and system booted up

  2. Device powered off: 12-24v power disconnected and system shut down

  3. Device online: 4G or ethernet connection to the cloud

  4. Device offline: 4G or ethernet disconnection from the cloud

  5. Detections paused: detections disabled by alert trigger

  6. Detections unpaused: detections enabled by alert trigger

  7. Sensor up: camera operational. This is part of healthy operation and to be expected when the device boots up

  8. Sensor down: camera non-operational. This is part of healthy operation and to be expected when the device shuts down

  9. Sensor too dark: camera image too black for the AI to see

  10. Sensor blurry or dirty: cameras vision obscured by mud or dust, or a potential hardware failure

  11. Software updated: new software installed

  12. Device settings changed: a user has changed the labelled device setting

  13. Pre-start check started: an operator initiated the pre-start check on the in-cab display menu

  14. Pre-start check passed: an operator completed the pre-start check and clicked "Pass"

  15. Pre-start check failed: an operator completed the pre-start check and clicked "Fail"

  16. Person detected: a person entered the configured alert zones. Click 'View detections' to view metadata

  17. Vehicle detected: a vehicle entered the configured alert zones. Click 'View detections' to view metadata

  18. Cone detected: a cone entered the configured alert zones. Click 'View detections' to view metadata
