Sensor Misalignment Troubleshooting

When Blindsight is installed, the sensors are carefully aimed at the danger zone, and then alert zones are drawn to control the detection distance.

The angle of a sensor and your alert zones work together. If a sensor is bumped out of position, your alert zones will now be detecting objects at the wrong distances. Example misalignment below.

The temporary solution

When the device is online, redraw the alert zones so that they are detecting at a more appropriate distance. There is going to be a level of guess work here, but it will minimise the number of nuisance alerts for the operator in the short term.

The ideal solution

A site visit to physically realign the sensor, and redraw your alert zones.
