Release notes (August 2025)

We have updated the behaviour of the in-cab alert when sensor obstructions and disconnections occur.

​Important note: These changes are applicable to V4 DEVICES ONLY.

Old behaviour

If a camera was disconnected or it was too dark to see, alerts for the entire system would be disabled and the in-cab would turn red or yellow. Examples below.

New behaviour

If a camera is disconnected or it's too dark to see, alerts for the specific camera with an issue will be disabled; all other cameras remain functional.

Camera disconnected
The camera highlighted to the left has a fault. Check camera connections and cables for damage. All the other cameras are functional.

Camera obstruction
The cameras highlighted to the left can't see. It's either too dark or has a dirty lens. Check for dirt, dust and low light. All the other cameras are functional.

Camera obstructed and disconnection

Multiple cameras experiencing issues. Repeat troubleshooting steps above. All the other cameras are functional.

All cameras obstructed

Detections disabled due to darkness or multiple dirty lenses.

Warning detection & camera disconnection

Person detected in the warning zone of the front right camera. Back right camera has a fault.
