Step 1: Rename your phone to "Blindsight" (capitalisation matters, make sure to use a capital B)

To do this go to:

Settings > General > About > Name, and then type "Blindsight" as the new name and save.

Step 2: Change your hotspot password to "Blindsight"

To do this go to:

Settings > Personal Hotspot > WiFi Password, and then type "Blindsight" as the new password and save.

Step 3: Toggle on "Maximise Compatibility"

Step 4: Place your iPhone directly on top of the BPU and turn toggle the "allow others to join" on to allow the BPU to share a data connection with your phone.

Step 5: Power up the BPU.

After the BPU has booted, the BPU status light should turn green, the BPU will appear 'Online' in the web portal, and the green hotspot icon will appear on your phone.

If it doesn't work straight away, try turning the "Allow others to join" toggle on and off while the phone directly on top of the BPU. And also power cycle the BPU.

Here's a video of the process
