If Blindsight is operating but cannot see due insufficient light or mud on the sensor, the in-cab alert status light will turn yellow to notify the operator, and a sensor vision obstructed event will be logged.
Machine's operating at night, or underground in low light areas will likely generate sensor vision obstructed events.
Troubleshooting step 1
Check for mud, dirt or anything that would block the sensor's vision.
V4 devices go to:

V1 - V3 devices go to:
See Configuration > Alert Zones
Toggle through each sensor to confirm there is nothing obstructing the sensors vision.
If the device is not online, you can also check the most recent detections generated by this device to see if any of the sensors are obstructed by anything.
Troubleshooting step 2
Confirm what time the event was logged, and if there would have been sufficient lighting at that time.
