Troubleshooting step 1
Click through to See configuration and check each sensors live feed.
V1 - V3 devices
If the device is not online, check the Events tab to see if you can identify an unusually high number of Sensor up / Sensor Down events for a particular sensor.
During healthy operation, all configured sensors will come up and down together. So if you see one particular sensor generating Sensor Up / Sensor Down events on it's own, that will be your faulty sensor.
Troubleshooting step 2
Check cables for damage - visually inspect all sensor cabling. Ensure cable insulation is in tact, and there are no kinks or bends at any point of the cable. Minimum bend radius is 50mm.
Troubleshooting step 3
Check all connections - ensure all sensor connectors are properly seated and tight.
Disconnect and reconnect sensors for good measure.
Troubleshooting step 4
Reboot the entire system. Wait ~60 seconds for the device to safely shutdown before powering up again.
Important note: Blindsight does not support hot swapping cables. If you disconnect and reconnect a sensor, the system requires a reboot.
Troubleshooting step 5 (V3 hardware only)
Check that there are fast flashing green lights for all sensors connected to the switch.
If you see one that is not fast flashing, double check it's power connection and try switching to a different port. If it doesn't fast flash in a new port replace sensor.
Turning the ignition or vehicle key off and then on again quickly will reboot the sensors only.
