Troubleshooting step 1

Check the web app for a camera stream.

Go to Manage > Devices > Open the device > Configuration > Alert Zones

Toggle through each sensor to confirm you can see an image of what the camera sees.

Troubleshooting step 2

Check cables for damage - visually inspect all sensor cabling. Ensure cable insulation is in tact, and there are no kinks or bends at any point of the cable. Minimum bend radius is 50mm.

Troubleshooting step 3

Check all connections - ensure all cameras circular connectors are firmly seated and tight. Unplug and replug in the connections for good measure.

Troubleshooting step 4 (V3 hardware only)

Check that there are fast flashing green lights for all sensors connected to the switch.

If you see one that is not fast flashing, double check it's power connection and try switching to a different port. If it doesn't fast flash in a new port replace camera.

Turning the ignition or vehicle key off and then on again quickly will reboot the camera only.

Troubleshooting step 5

Reboot the entire system BPU by disconnecting power. Wait for safe shutdown to complete (~60 seconds) before power up again.

If the light remains red after doing this, contact Presien support.
